Malteaser Tray Bake


100g butter

200g milk chocolate

3 tablespoons golden syrup

225g digestive biscuits (finely crushed)

225g malteasers

100g white chocolate


  1. Melt together the butter, chocolate and syrup then add the crushed biscuits and malteasers.
  2. Mix together quickly then pour and press down in a swiss roll tray.
  3. Drizzle with melted while chocolate.
  4. Chill in the fridge until set.
